Latest setup...took a while to get funds for this, but well worth it:

- Takahashi FSQ-106EDX
- Apogee Alta U16M
- Optec IFW
- FLI PDF
- Socal rings and dovetail plate
- Custom adapters from PreciseParts.com
- Takahashi FS-60C (guidescope)
- SBIG ST-402ME (guide camera)
- still using the Takahashi NJP Temma 2 with Casady counterweight system

New Coronado SolarMax 60 the day after UPS brought it to me from OPT. I ended up selling it so I could obtain the FSQ-106ED.

My former setup for CCD imaging:
- SBIG ST-2000XM CCD camera (a great camera for folk like me who are new to CCD imaging
- Takahashi FS128 (a fantastic planetary scope, did great for me back when I did film and CCD)
- Stellarvue SV80s (see my review on CloudyNights.com - a great widefield imaging scope)
Sadly, I sold these two wonderful scopes and the camera in early 2007 as part of an effort to
save $$ for a nice astrograph and a big chip CCD camera. I still have the NJP. As you can see
in the photos, I had a Tak tripod, but I later replaced it with an ATS portable pier.

My film rig involved using a Nikon F3 for 35mm and
a Mamiya 645 for medium format. I had a 90mm Meade
achromat for a guidescope, and used a ST-7E as an
autoguider.
